Splicers for automatic winders
Automatic splicers are an integrated key component of the automatic winders and are supplied by the winding machine manufacturer, as part of their standard supply.
After that, Mesdan can assist customers directly in the retrofitting of those splicers, when the technical requirements or the yarn features have changed, and in providing the spare parts and a complete technical service.

New air splicer that replaces Jointair 498Q - 490L with state-of-the-art performances and great improvement on cotton single yarns and elastic yarns.
Suitable for:

AQUASPLICER 4923E
Splicer that uses air plus water as joining medium.
Distinctive features are the total sealing of the chamber area and the exclusive water discharge system preventing water from affecting other areas of splicer and winder.
Suitable for:
- compact cotton yarns
- plied and single coarse and slub cotton yarns
- O.E. cotton yarns
- mercerized and singed cotton yarns
