Adoption of the Code of Ethics and Model of Organization, Management and Control

On 28.03.2024, the Mesdan Board of Directors of Mesdan S.p.A. resolved to adopt a Model of Organization, Management, and Control in compliance with the Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.

On same date, the Company adopted a Code of Ethics which set forth the commitments and ethical responsibilities, during business and other activities, of all Mesdan employees and all collaborators of any kind.

The Code of Ethics set forth that the above shall behave with respect for the legitimate interests of the company, its collaborators, clients, partners and the communities where Mesdan conducts its business.
