Single head laboratory TFO, for the accurate production of twisted yarn samples having the same quality standards as the ones made by production machines - project powered by Savio Sirius.
Twisting spindle type B, which versatility allows a wide range of production.
TWISTER LAB 2 is designed to produce a 6” winding package, with a 4°20’ conical base shape.
All the parameters are set by means of a 7” capacitive touch screen display:
- spindle turning speed: 1.500 - 13.000 rpm;
- number of twists per meter (TPM): min 60, max 1.500;
- winding cross angle: from 10° to 20°;
- S and Z twist direction;
- reading of the wound yarn length: in meters;
- adjustable collecting speed: from 30 to 100 m/min.
