INDIGO SPLICER 4662

The INDIGO SPLICER was developed for the knotless joining of Indigo dyed Denim yarns during the Re-beaming process, which generates frequent yarn breaks.

The main characteristics are:

• Like AQUASPLICER, INDIGOSPLICER uses water and air to join the yarn. Alternatively, a dyestuff can be filled in the small tank, and sprayed during the splice cycle coloring the white fibers, thus eliminating the white spot in the spliced area.
• Horizontally aligned to ease yarn introduction and reduce exceeding yarn length. The activating cycle is performed by means of a small pneumatic valve. This new design permits the operator to position the Splicer close to the beam and to move it aside following the machine design.
• A special pneumatic clamp prevents yarn of the long chain from slipping during splicing and allows to adjust the yarn tension, to avoid any defect in the final fabric.
• Designed for A.T.S. application and endowed with a special electromagnetic break for higher stability during splicing
