BURSTMATIC 2 | 338F
Pneumatic bursting strength tester to determine the bursting resistance and the dynamic fatigue of woven and knitted fabrics as well as technical textiles, non-wovens, leather (artificial and natural), and other non-textile applications (like paper, plastic, packaging, medical, etc.).

Main features
- New version, equipped with a wide capacitive colour touch screen, for a better visualization of all testing parameters, statistic results and graphs showing the dynamic behaviour of the tested fabric, either during bursting or cycle testing.
- The instrument measures the required pressure that is necessary to burst a specimen, the specimen extension prior to bursting, and also the release-and-extension cycle tests. Those tests can be carried out in two different ways: following a specific testing Standard already present in the software, or according to customised testing parameters.
- Burstmatic 2 can also perform the hysteresis (fatigue testing) cycles, to study the specimen behaviour when subject to cyclic extensions and relaxations.
- All settings are freely programmable.
- PC not required.
- Test parameters, statistic results and graphs are stored in the Burstmatic 2 database and can be easily downloaded.
- The sample distension height is measured by means of laser technology.
