The JOINTAIR 1101 is distinguished by an exclusive feature: an automatic yarn ends drawing mechanism. This innovative concept reduces the join diameter by a predetermined amount without affecting the resultant splice strength. The effect on the tail-to-top transfer is to maximise the transfer rate, an indispensable condition in the production of uniform D.T.Y. packages.

JOINTAIR 1101 is fully pneumatic driven and designed for operation on the A.T.S. system, an exclusive system that not only supports the splicer but also provides the air supply and enables the operator to move the unit to any desired position along the machine.
